I currently use Touch ID to login to NHS app. Can I login using this to access my Swiftqueue account?
No, to book an appointment on Swiftqueue, you need to login to your NHS login account directly from the NHS login button on our website and not via the NHS login app.
When you click the 'NHS login' option on our Swiftqueue website, there is an option to set up your login via a passkey.
What is a passkey?
- A passkey is a secure alternative to passwords. It is created and safely stored on your device.
- Unlike passwords, which you need to remember and enter when you log in, you never have to type or enter your passkey.
- You will be able to log in using your fingerprint, face, PIN, passcode, pattern or any other method you use to unlock your device.
- If you click the passkey option, you can then set up this option for future logins on that device.
Note: This option is managed by NHS login and not Swiftqueue so any queries on this should be directed back to NHS login team.
- For more information on this, please see NHS article: How to set up and manage passkeys
