Is your Swiftqueue account linked to your NHS login?

Check that you are logging in as an existing Swiftqueue user.
- If you haven't linked your Swiftqueue account to NHS login, please check that you are logging in as an existing user. (See screen shot below)
- Please log in at https://www.swiftqueue.co.uk/userlogin.php and enter in your registered email address and password.
I have forgotten my Swiftqueue password. I don't know my Swiftqueue password.
- If you have forgotten or are unsure of your Swiftqueue password, click on the 'I forgot my password' button under Swiftqueue account login option. (See screenshot below)
- Enter your registered email address (the email address you used to register your account)
- Check to make sure there are no spelling mistakes / incorrect details in your email address.
- Click the reset password button
- You will see the message below once you click the 'Reset Password' button
- Check your email inbox or junk/spam folder to receive your email containing your new password.
- NOTE: If the email address is not currently registered with Swiftqueue, no email will be sent.
Change your password
- Once you receive your reset password email, you will be prompted to login as a patient and change your password.
- The new link is only valid for a short time, so if the link has expired before you get to use it, please click the 'I forgot my password' option again to receive a new link.
- Click on the reset your password button within your email or copy the link into a new browser.
- Create a new password which includes a mix of lowercase and uppercase letters and at least one number.
- Enter this as new password
- Enter again to confirm the new password and click 'Set New Password'
- You will see Success message below once you have changed this.
- If you wish to see the password you are typing, click the Show button to see and then hide again once finished.
- You should then be able to book your appointment online.
Please Note: If you save your password locally on your device, please remember that after you change your password, you will need to save your new details again so that you can login next time. This is a local setting on your device.

- Clear your browser cache and cookies, then try logging in again using a supported browser.
- Ensure your internet connection is stable and not restricted by firewalls or VPNs that might block access.

- If you continue to experience difficulty, wait a few minutes before retrying as temporary server or network issues may sometimes cause login problems.
