I cannot login to my account, how do I reset my password?
There are two ways to reset your password depending on how you have set up your Swiftqueue account.
- Is your Swiftqueue login linked to your NHS login? (New option available week beginning 23rd June 2025)
- If your Swiftqueue account is not linked to your NHS login.
Step 1:
- Under Existing User, please click on the 'I forgot my password' button
Step 2:
- Enter your registered email address (the email address you used to register your account)
- Click the reset password button
- You will see the message below once you click the 'Reset Password' button
- Check your email inbox or junk/spam folder to receive your email containing your new password.
Step 3 - If your NHS login is linked to your Swiftqueue account:
- Click on the blue button 'Go to NHS login' which will redirect you to the NHS login help pages to reset your password. The NHS login support team can help you with this.
- Please note: Swiftqueue cannot reset the password for you. Please see https://help.login.nhs.uk/
Step 4 - If your NHS login is NOT linked to your Swiftqueue account: (Existing process):
- Locate your email from your email inbox or junk/spam folder to receive your email containing your new password.
- Once you receive your reset password email, you will be prompted to login as a patient and change your password.
- The new link is only valid for a short time, so if the link has expired before you get to use it, please click the 'I forgot my password' option again to receive a new link.
- Click on the reset your password button within your email or copy the link into a new browser.
- Create a new password which includes lowercase and uppercase letters and at least one number.
- Enter this as new password
- Enter again to confirm the new password and click 'Set New Password'
- You will see Success message below once you have changed this.
- If you wish to see the password you are typing, click the Show button to see and then hide again once finished.
- You should then be able to book your appointment online.
- If you still don't receive the link to reset your password, please contact our Support Team by submitting a ticket.

- Our Support team will be able to reset this for you so that you can login.
