I have NHS login, how do I link my Swiftqueue account to this?
I have an existing Swiftqueue account, how do I link this to my NHS login?
I've been told to link my NHS login to Swiftqueue. How do I do this?
From 1st July 2026, all patients will login to Swiftqueue via the NHS login button on our website.
The existing Swiftqueue login option will be removed from 1st July.
Why are we making this change?
Using NHS login makes access to health services in England quicker, safer, and more convenient.
NHS login is a secure way to prove who you are online and eliminates the need to create separate accounts and passwords for every service. You use one login to access multiple NHS-related platforms.
NHS login via Swiftqueue site has now been available since June 2025.
To link your NHS login account to your Swiftqueue account:

This video will show you :
- How to login to Swiftqueue if you have NHS login.
- How to book/ reschedule / cancel your appointment once logged in.
Step 1: Action takes place directly on our Swiftqueue website.
- Open up the Swiftqueue website.
- Click on the button 'NHS Continue to NHS login' to begin.
- You will now be redirected to the NHS login sign in page to complete this process.
Step 2: The following actions take place on the NHS website.
- Enter your NHS registered email address and password. If you have used the NHS App or other NHS websites, you should enter the email address and password you used to register for them.
Step 3:
- Once you enter your password, you may be sent a security code to your mobile number.
- Enter in the 6-digit code and click continue to proceed.
- Some users may not have to enter the security code if you ticked the remember this device check box the last time you used NHS login.
Step 4:
- You may be brought to a consent screen if you have not consented to share this information previously.
- You will be asked to confirm that you want to share the below information.

Click on 'I agree' button to continue.
Step 5: This now brings you back to the Swiftqueue site.
- Once the above process is complete, then you are automatically brought to your Swiftqueue patient portal. Your Swiftqueue account is now linked to your NHS login.
- You can now book your appointment as usual by clicking on the Book Appointment button and following the steps to book your appointment.
- The next time you login, simply click the NHS login button to login.
