I got a letter as I am extremely vulnerable and need to book my Vaccination but the link doesn't work. It only shows my clinics for people aged 70+. How do I book?
People aged under 70 and clinically extremely vulnerable have been sent Covid-19 vaccine letters with the incorrect link to book.
NHS Nottingham and Nottinghamshire CCG confirmed a "processing error" had led to letters being sent out to the group with an online booking link only eligible for people aged over 70.
The link used for booking a vaccination appointment stated in the letter will not work for those under 70..
A second letter has been sent and will direct the under 70 group to a bespoke page on the website where they are able to book their Covid-19 vaccination.
Please wait until you receive your second letter to book.
Anyone under the age of 70 who is clinically extremely vulnerable will need to bring their second invitation letter or their shielding letter to their appointment as proof that they are eligible for vaccination.
A spokesperson for NHS Nottingham and Nottinghamshire CCG said: “Letters have been sent to the over 70s cohort and those who have been identified as clinically extremely vulnerable.
"People under the age of 70 who have been identified as clinically extremely vulnerable will receive a second letter with a bespoke link to book their Covid-19 vaccination.
