I need to book an online appointment. How do I register?
I don't have an NHS login? How do I get one?
New to Swiftqueue?
- If this is your first time booking an appointment using Swiftqueue, you no longer need to register to create a Swiftqueue account.
- Instead you will be prompted to create an NHS login via the 'Continue to NHS login button' which will then enable you to book your healthcare appointment on Swiftqueue.
Don't have an NHS login but need to book an appointment?
Step 1:
- Click on the button 'NHS Continue to NHS login' to begin.
This now brings you to the NHS login website.
- Enter your email address
- This will check to see if you already have an existing NHS login for this email address.
Step 2:
- If your email address is not found, then you will be prompted to create a login using the email address you entered.
- As part of the verification process, you will need a mobile number so that the NHS can send a security code to you to verify your details.
- Click the continue button in order to proceed.

Step 3:
- You will be prompted to create a password and to confirm your email address.
- You will be asked to enter your mobile number and confirm your mobile number.
- Connect your NHS record, by entering your NHS number, date of birth and postal code when prompted.
- Once all the information is added, check your details to confirm all is correct and submit the information.
- Agree to share your NHS login information with Swiftqueue by clicking the I agree button.
Step 4: This brings you back to the Swiftqueue site
- Once you click I agree, you will automatically be redirected to the Swiftqueue patient portal where you can now book your appointment.
