I need to update my personal details - name, date of birth, email address etc
How do I do this? The option to edit my details is greyed out / doesn't work.
How to update your personal details (name, date of birth, mobile number etc) will depend on how your Swiftqueue account is set up.
1. Is your Swiftqueue account linked to your NHS login? (New option available week beginning 23rd June 2025)
- If yes, these details can only be updated via the NHS login.
- Please see this link https://help.qa.signin.nhs.uk/manage which will redirect you to the NHS login help pages for further information on how to do this.
- Alternatively, once logged into your Swiftqueue patient portal, click on the Manage NHS login account button which will redirect you to do this.
- Please note: Swiftqueue cannot update these details for you. The options will show as greyed out so cannot be edited. Any changes made in your NHS login, will update this for you.
2. If your Swiftqueue account is not linked to your NHS login
- These can be updated via your patient portal.
Step 1:
- Login to your patient portal as an existing user using your Swiftqueue email address and password.
Step 2
- Click on Edit Profile underneath the Profile section on the menu on the left side.
Step 3
- You can edit your name, date of birth, mobile number and email address here.
- Once you have made the change, click on 'Save' button or 'Change Email Address' button if changing your email address.
- You will see a success message showing the details have been updated. The changes will now be visible in your patient portal.
