I need to uplift my NHS login to high identity level so I can cancel / reschedule my appointment.
How do I do this to manage my appointments?
- If your NHS login is not set to high identity level, you may be asked to uplift your account in order to manage your appointments.
- This is a one-off identity check. Once completed, you will be able to manage all of your appointments online.
To uplift my NHS login to high identity level from my Swiftqueue patient account, please follow these steps:
Step 1:
- From the Swiftqueue site, click on the button 'NHS Continue to NHS login' to begin.
- Login using your registered NHS login email address.
Step 2:
- Once logged into your patient portal, you will see the following message in blue
- The option to cancel / reschedule your appointment will also be replaced with a button that says 'Uplift to high identity level NHS login'
Step 3:
- Click on the green button 'Uplift to high identity level NHS login' in order to begin the process.
- This will now redirect you to the NHS login website to complete this process.
Step 4: This is now redirects you to the NHS login website.
NOTE: If you have any difficulties while uplifting your account, please contact NHS login team directly as Swiftqueue cannot help with this part.
- Enter your registered NHS login email address and password
- Confirm your details as required
- Complete the step to prove who you are - photo ID
- Follow the steps to upload your photo ID and submit.
- Follow the steps to upload your video.
- Once your information has passed the NHS login checks, you will receive an email from NHS login to let you know.
- Once you receive this, you can then login to Swiftqueue to manage your appointment.
Step 5: Login to Swiftqueue website.
- Login to your Swiftqueue patient portal by clicking on the Continue to NHS login button, click on upcoming appointments.
- Click into the appointment you want to change and select cancel / reschedule as required.
- You will receive a cancellation email or rescheduled appointment email / SMS depending on what change you make.
