My Appointment doesn't show in my Patient Portal.
Only appointments that were booked in your online Swiftqueue account will show in your patient portal so that you can cancel / reschedule if needed.
If your appointment doesn't show in your patient portal as it was booked by phone or the clinic staff may have booked it for you (if an outpatient appointment), please contact the clinic directly to cancel this as this cannot be cancelled online.
My Appointment time has already passed
If the time for your appointment is close or has already passed, you will not be able to cancel or reschedule it online.
Each NHS clinic determines the cut off point which will allow patients to cancel or reschedule online.
Some clinics will allow cancellations until the time of the appointments, others may only allow until 24 hours prior to the appointment time.
