How do I book my child's Polio Vaccination appointment online?

- Once you register your details online, then you will then be able to book your appointment.
Already registered with Swiftqueue / Used Swiftqueue before to book an appointment?
POLIO Vaccination appointments are booked by private link which is sent to you by the NHS / GP inviting you to book this appointment for your child OR by advising you to book via a number of NHS Websites. (Your GP will give you this information)
- They are not available to book via the main Swiftqueue website.
- Please click on the specific link sent to you inviting you to book.
- You can then register or login to your account as an existing user.
- You will need to add your child's details to the account as a family member if you have not already done this.
- Most of the online clinics are for children aged 5-9 years but this may vary slightly per clinic.
- For younger children, please see the NHS website for your area or contact your GP for advice.
How To Book
- Click on the specific link given to you to book the appointment via letter or the NHS website
- Then select the Vaccination Clinic - Polio
- Select the date and time you wish to attend for your test
- The time screen will offer you the next available time.(In this example Mon 12th Sep is the first available date. There are no earlier dates available)
- You can click the right arrow to move to a later date /month if needed.
- After choosing your date and time, then click the NEXT button.
- The message written in Blue may vary from clinic to clinic.
- On the confirmation page select the Patient Name (If age restricted shows, this means the clinic does not accept patients for that age group (eg they are not between the ages of 5 and 9)
- Tick the box to agree to the terms and conditions and hit Confirm button.
- Option to add comments so that the staff are aware if needed.
- You will receive a confirmation email for your appointment once booked.
- Please check your Junk / Spam folder if you don't receive this incase it has been redirected there instead of your main email folder.
