Why do I only see option to book a Blood test appointment? I can't find the option to book a vaccination or booster appointment?
Please note:
- Covid19 Vaccinations and Booster Vaccinations are part of a controlled rollout by the NHS Trust so they are not available to book online on the general Swiftqueue website.
- They are booked by a specific link given to you by the NHS/GP inviting you to book your appointment online.
How do I know if I'm on the main Swiftqueue website?
- If you see the options to book a blood test or other test types in screenshot below, then this is the general website.
- Covid19 Vaccinations or Booster do not show as an option to select.
- Please do not select Immunisation as test type - these are for certain school immunisations only not Covid19 vaccinations or boosters
- Covid Clinic's will also not show if you try and search by Book An Appointment (green button below) this will offer blood tests etc but not Covid19 Vaccinations.
- If you see either of the above screenshots, you are trying to book via the general website and not using the specific link given to you to book your appointment.
To book a Covid19 Vaccination or Booster appointment, you will have been given a specific link in order to do this.
- You must register/login as a PATIENT using the specific booking link that was sent directly to you inviting you to book your vaccination.
- Appointments are only available to those who are eligible.
- Once you register / login using the specific private link sent to you, you will be brought straight to the page where you are prompted to fill out the Covid19 Vaccine Form.
- Once you complete the Vaccine Form, you will then be able to choose your location, date and time for your vaccinations.
