If you have linked your NHS login details to your Swiftqueue account and need to update the email address associated with your Swiftqueue patient account, follow the instructions below.
Please note that email changes must be made through the NHS login system, as Swiftqueue cannot update this information directly for you.
Updating Your Email Address via Swiftqueue Patient Portal
1. Log in to your Swiftqueue patient portal using your NHS login details at https://www.swiftqueue.co.uk/userlogin.php
2. Once logged in, navigate to the "Edit Profile" section in your patient portal.
3. Click on the "Manage NHS login account" button. This will redirect you to the official NHS login website where you can update your email address securely.
4. Follow the NHS instructions to update your email address. Any changes you make here will automatically update and reflect in your Swiftqueue account.
5. Make sure to update your login details AND your contact details within the NHS login.
Alternative Method: Updating Your Email via NHS Login Help Pages
If you prefer, you can also update your email address directly through the NHS login help pages. Visit the NHS login account management site at https://help.login.nhs.uk/manage to manage your email and other personal details.
Remember, changes you make on the NHS login platform will be synchronized with your Swiftqueue account, ensuring seamless access to appointment booking and management services.
Updating login and contact details via NHS login

- Once logged into NHS login, click on the Accounts section.
- Then click contact details tab to see the email address and mobile number currently set up.
- Click change email address or change mobile number to update this information
- Choose ‘The email address my GP uses to contact me’ if the old email address is showing here.
- This is the email address that will appear on Swiftqueue account.
- Choose BOTH if you need to change the email address for logging in AND for contact details... so if you have a new email address and no longer use the old email address, then you will need to change both.
- Click continue to finish.
Important Notes
- Swiftqueue is unable to change your email address directly for security reasons if your account is linked to NHS login.
- Ensure you have access to the email address you plan to update, as important notifications and booking confirmations are sent there.
