I need to add a family member details to my account to book their X-ray appointment? How do I do this?
If the X-ray appointment referral is for a family member who is not currently listed on your Swiftqueue Patient Portal, then the family member is invited to register (verify their details) in order to book their appointment online.
- Once the patient details match the name on the referral, then you can book their X-ray appointment.
- If the details do not match, then the appointment cannot be booked online.
- If this happens, please contact Imperial College healthcare directly at https://www.imperial.nhs.uk/our-services/imaging/clinics
How to add the family member name listed on the X-ray referral to your account.
- If the patient referral for an x-ray appointment is for a name other than what is listed on your Swiftqueue patient portal, you will see this message.
- The email address on your referral is already in use.
- Please enter the correct details of the person the X-ray referral is for.
- Please enter the following information:
- First name
- Surname
- Date of birth
- Postcode
- Relationship to account holder
- Click the register button once complete.
- The new family member is now added to your account and you can now book their appointment online.
- To begin booking, please choose the preferred hospital location for your x-ray appointment and then follow the steps to complete your appointment.
